How do I turn off or control event notifications from my organizations?

You control this in Account Settings:

1. Open Account Settings (via the More tab in the bottom nav).
2. Go to Communication Preferences → Proactive Mode.
3. Under "Choose which proactive messages you receive," toggle Events From Saved Organizations on or off.

This toggle only applies while Proactive Mode is on. You can also turn off Proactive Mode to pause all proactive messages at once, or reply STOP to 408-514-5502 to opt out of all text messages.
